Ferry Schedule to Thasos

You can find a well-maintained summer timetable with all ferry connections to the island on the “Kavala-Thasos Ferry Connections” website. The page is only in Greek but always up to date. Starting from June 1, there will be more ferry connections:
Route Limenas Thasos – Keramoti:
72 trips daily (36 from Thasos, 36 from Keramoti).
First departure at 5:00 AM, last at 11:00 PM.
Route Prinos – Kavala
10 trips daily (5 from Prinos, 5 from Kavala). 
First departure at 7:15 AM, last at 8:15 PM.

Arrival from Thessaloniki

Upon arriving at Thessaloniki Airport, you’ll continue your journey to Kavala or Keramoti. For this leg, you have the option to take a bus, taxi, or rental car. The drive takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours (depending on traffic). The ferry crossing from Keramoti to Limenas is around 40 minutes. From Limenas, it’s about a 20-minute drive to reach Lithorama in Skala Potamias.

Arrival from Kavala

If you arrive at Kavala Airport, you’ll continue on to Keramoti. A taxi ride will take around 20 minutes, and the ferry crossing will also last 40 minutes. Once on the island, you can reach the accommodation by taxi or bus. The drive from Limenas to Lithorama in Skala Potamias is approximately 20 minutes.
